Our Hays Townsville office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This role is commencing immediately.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage inbound telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aligned with our service delivery standards
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to internal stakeholders via a centralised ticketing system
- Conduct reference checks over the phone
- Collect and follow up onboarding compliance requirements from candidates
What you'll need to succeed - A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
- Ability to confidently interact with customers in person and over the phone, maintaining a friendly and professional manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, or call centre) will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in an office setting is highly regarded
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
