Your new role 
 
Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our internal Service Delivery team with a focus on background checks. This is a full-time permanent role that commences immediately.  
  
Responsibilities  

• Process Eligibility to Work and Criminal Record Checks with accuracy and efficiency 
• Manage Health & Safety modules and provide daily client updates on check statuses 
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client-specific requirements 
• Liaise with the robotics/automation team to manage bot-driven processes 
• Maintain high service standards for internal and external stakeholders 
• Ensure timely responses to queries and meet SLA commitments 
• Reconcile invoices and manage the Background Checks inbox 

What you'll need to succeed 
 

• Previous experience in customer service and/or administration 
• Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure 
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills 
• Excellent organisational skills and commitment to quality
