What You’ll Do:

• Manage recruitment across transportation and supply chain roles (drivers, dispatch, warehouse, operations, leadership)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Post jobs and manage requisitions through our ATS
• Coordinate interviews and offers
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and client service
• Grow your own desk with full ownership of clients and placements

Experience We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years in recruitment (agency experience preferred)
• Transportation, logistics, or supply chain recruitment is a plus
• Comfortable using ATS and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and a practical, results-focused work style
• Willingness to develop business development skills if not already experienced
