We are hiring for a transportation company with an immediate opening for a Dock Coordinator. 
 
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 12:00am-8:30am
Location: Mississauga, ON
Rate: $22/hour 

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily door and dock activity reports using dock tablet systems 
• Manage door control and assign inbounds and outbounds 
• Process OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage) reports and follow from supervisors 
• Coordinate dock workflow and communicate assigned tasks from supervisors
• Verify and control forklift inspection checks
• Set up trailer status and outbound load documentation 
• Print dock bills and shipping paperwork as required
• Close loads in system when completed 
• Support general dock coordination and other assigned duties 

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dock/terminal environment 
• Good communication and coordination skills 
• Able to follow operational procedures consistently
• Comfortable using tablets and basic computer systems 
• Reliable and organized with strong follow-through
• Able to work independently and with dock team
