Location: Mississauga, ON (Bramalea Rd & Derry Rd)
Salary: $60,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM start)
Start Date: Immediate

We are hiring an experienced LTL & Line Haul Dispatcher for a well-established transportation and logistics company in Mississauga. This is a full-time, on-site dispatch role supporting city and line haul operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage 40–50 city and line haul drivers daily
• Assign and schedule LTL and line haul loads efficiently
• Optimize routes, productivity, utilization, and load factor
• Communicate load details via phone, radio, and handheld devices
• Monitor deliveries and resolve service or operational issues
• Coordinate fleet and vehicle maintenance as required
• Support dispatch reporting, documentation, and administration
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain strong customer service and driver relations

Dispatcher Requirements

• 3+ years of transportation dispatch experience (LTL / Line Haul preferred)
• Experience dispatching city drivers and line haul drivers
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume dispatch environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Results-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Clean criminal background check required
