We are hiring for a distribution company with an immediate opening for a 3 month contract as a Collections Specialist. 
 
Start Date: Immediately, 3-Month Contract
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Remote, Once a month visit to Kitchener office
Rate: $50,000
 MUST BE LIVING IN ONTARIO
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound collection calls/emails and document activities in ERP system 
• Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring over 90% of accounts remain current 
• Review aging reports and follow up on balances over 30 days 
• Resolve payment status, billing issues, and escalate non-compliance to management 
• Maintain professional communication and collaborate with internal teams 
• Perform data entry, call logging, and workflow updates 
• Support A/R inbox and departmental operations as needed 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 3 years of B2B collections or related experience 
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office technology
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
