We are looking for reliable Lumpers to support warehouse and freight operations for a transportation company in Mississauga, ON. 
 
Start: Mid-January 2026
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: Flexible shifts available 
Rate: $30-$50/hour
 
Responsibilities:

• Pack, sort, and organize freight and materials
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Stack, wrap, ad move products within the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and site instructions
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet load timelines and daily goals 

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods of time 
• Strong work ethic and reliability 
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently 
• Steel-toe boots are required
• No prior experience required - training provided
