What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high volume outbound calls to warm leads 
• Engaging business owners in meaningful conversations about their needs
• Qualifying opportunities and booking conversations for the Sales Team
• Working to clear daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Building confidence in objection handling and consultative selling
• Learning CRM systems and sales tools used in modern fintech
• Delivering a customer experience that genuinely adds value

• Are a recent graduate or early in your career
• Have customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or entry level sales experience
