About the Role

At OnDeck, we believe collections is about conversations, not confrontation. As an Early Stage Collections Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their situation, find practical solutions and deliver a positive experience, all while managing your own portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talking with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Managing early stage collections cases end to end
• Building rapport and agreeing on realistic outcomes
• Working as part of a high energy, collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in collections, customer service or sales
• Confident, empathetic and resilient communicators
• Team players who enjoy a fast paced environment
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but we’ll train you.
