WorkTrybe are seeking a switched-on, proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our valued community healthcare client. This is a standalone TA role working closely with an ambitious team on meaningful recruitment that supports frontline care.

The Role:

• Conducting phone screens and shortlisting candidates
• Booking interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Managing compliance, including police checks, WWCC, Referoo reference checks
• Managing workflow through ELMO 
• Ensuring all pre-employment checks progress smoothly
• Supporting recruitment across both Allied Health and back-of-house corporate roles
• General recruitment administration and maintaining accurate candidate notes
• Keeping the TA function steady as volumes begin to slow down but remain varied

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment
• Ability to manage recruitment end-to-end independently
• Experience with ELMO or similar ATS platforms
• Great communication skills - confident on the phone and with stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability, initiative, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to start quickly and commit to 3–4 days per week
