WorkTrybe are looking for multiple temps to join our market leading, national client in their Parramatta office for a 6 month temporary role with the potential to go longer.

Due to a recent upgrade in their rostering system our clients' incredible Operations team, at this leading people service company need switched on Admin/Customer Service temps to help with the workload which includes:

The role:

• Contacting employees to check their hours, confirm shifts - outstanding communication skills is vital
• Monitoring the clock in clock out for their new rostering system
• Troubleshoot lower level systems issues and helpdesk functions
• Administration tasks - high level of detail required

• Competitive hourly rate of $37/hr+ Super (flat rate)
• Afternoon shift - hours are 10am - 6pm

• On-site five days/week in brand new offices a short walk from Parramatta train station
• Temp role for 6 months with the potential to extend
• Full time hours and to start in December pending background checks
• A role that will take you through the quieter holiday period, into the new year and beyond

• Have worked in a fast paced environment 
• Be super reliable! On time, consistent and committed to doing a great job!
• Excellent administration, systems and organisational skills
• Be a strong communicator - happy to be on the phone, clear, upbeat and log accurate notes
• Take initiative - be a problem solver
• High energy and friendly - a confident people person
• Need to be available to work over the holiday period (apart from public holidays)
