L1 IT Support Engineer
Location: Epping North, VIC
Employment Type: Full-time
Level: Entry / Level 1
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + Superannuation

We’re on the lookout for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join an MSP start-up based in Epping North. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team with plenty of opportunities for development and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for MSP-related clients calling in with IT issues
• Logging and triaging incoming support tickets
• Providing Level 1 troubleshooting over the phone and via remote tools
• Supporting Office 365 users with basic tasks (e.g., password resets, mailbox issues, license management)
• Escalating more complex problems to senior engineers when required
• Keeping clients updated and delivering excellent customer service

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a helpdesk or phone-based IT support role (preferred, not essential)
• A solid understanding of Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, and basic admin tasks)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and standard business applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and grow in a team-focused environment
