Now Hiring: System Administrator | Public Safety Systems

We're on the lookout for a System Administrator to support and manage critical systems that underpins emergency services and public safety operations. 
 
Based in Wellington's CBD, this role offers the chance to work hands-on with systems that really matter.
 
This is a great fit for someone with a strong background in Windows Server environments, who thrives in a collaborative, always-on setting.
 
�� What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain CAD, Mobile Responder, and virtual server environments- CAD can be learned and is not a requirement
• Provide day-to-day system support, OS and software updates, and production stability
• Participate in project delivery and proactive maintenance work
• Escalate and troubleshoot issues as part of a close-knit managed services team
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

 What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Sound networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or customer-facing technical support role
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell), SQL/Oracle databases, a bonus
• Strong communication and task management in a high-availability environment
