- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Highly Regarded Skills:
- Previous Tech Lead or Team Lead experience in a startup environment
- AWS cloud services and infrastructure experience
- Docker containerisation and Terraform knowledge
- Experience in high-growth technology companies
- Understanding of security best practices for business applications
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Experience with code reviews and establishing development best practices
