This Opportunity  
As the HSEQ Superintendent for our Vessel Services team in Australia you will provide operational support to the HSE Lead across the Australian vessel fleet, ensuring that health, safety, and environmental risks are proactively identified, effectively managed, and fully compliant with company, client, and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in fostering a high-performing safety culture by embedding strong HSE behaviours across all levels of the fleet and ensuring that HSE considerations are consistently integrated into operational planning and decision-making
  
This role is based at our Perth headquarters overlooking the beautiful Elizabeth Quay.

Qualifications

• Former or current maritime qualification (e.g., Chief Mate or Second Mater <3000GT).

Essential Experience

• Experience conducting or participating in internal/external audits (e.g., ISM, ISO, Flag State Inspections, Port State Control).
• Ability to assist in investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventative action
• Skilled in root cause analysis (e.g., ICAM, TapRoot, or equivalent).
