This Opportunity  
As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Subsea division, which operates on a project‑based model, by providing both strategic insights to support decision making and hands‑on financial management. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while also taking ownership of core accounting responsibilities.

A key part of the role is the financial management of Subsea projects, including accurate project reporting and performance analysis. You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate management accounts and completing other essential financial management tasks. You will also support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to process improvements and ad‑hoc initiatives.

This role is based in Perth CBD.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Commerce Degree
• Qualified CA/CPA

Essential Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with relevant accounting and project-based experience,
• Demonstrates superior numeracy skills
• Have a proven ability to be a team player and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong people management, leadership and communication skills
• Superior analytical, numeracy and document control ability including a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and be accountable to firm deadlines
