We're looking for Agriculture Shift Service Technicians ready to GROW, CONNECT, AND EVOLVE with us! Join our energetic and fast-paced dealership in Yorkton, SK, where you’ll get hands-on with advanced ag technology and be part of the future of agriculture.

As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. Working in a top John Deere dealership environment, you’ll deliver quality work in a friendly, collaborative space that supports learning and professional growth.

Shifts
These positions are part of a newly structured, rotational 2-shift schedule, alternating between:

• Week 1: Sunday 7:00 am–6:00 pm; Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm–11:00 pm
• Week 2: Sunday 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service agricultural equipment with a focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality work.
• Utilize specialized tools, advanced technology, and innovative solutions for complex repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as per manufacturer standards.
• Stay current with John Deere agriculture products.
• Participate in John Deere University and training programs to enhance skills and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and basic computer functions.
• 3+ years of experience with complex service repairs and maintenance.
• Ideally, a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (e.g., Heavy Equipment, Automotive).
• Consideration for 3rd or 4th-year Apprenticeship candidates.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is a plus.
