ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of premium event programmes across Australia. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution across ticketing, bookings, supplier coordination and on-site delivery.
Working closely with Event Delivery and project teams, you will manage customer bookings, coordinate logistics, and ensure clear, timely communication at every stage of the customer journey. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will directly contribute to exceptional event experiences, operational efficiency, and repeat business.
