We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager to support the delivery of ticketing and inventory operations across the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy, control, and exceptional service delivery across all events. You will play a critical role in managing ticket inventory, supporting strategy execution, mitigating risk, and ensuring seamless event-day operations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure ticketing operations are delivered efficiently, data integrity is maintained, and commercial outcomes are maximised.
