ROLE SUMMARY:
As General Manager for STH New Zealand, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to deliver contractual agreements for their sporting rightsholder partners across Rugby, Cricket and others.
You will leverage the credibility and strength of the business and its relationships to develop and grow premium fan experiences across a range of renowned sporting events. This role will sit on the businesses global executive team, working close with business unit and country leads to progress the strategic vision and accomplishments of the business.
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the New Zealand team – working in close collaboration with your senior leadership team in Auckland to promote a culture of operational excellence and team alignment to drive a high-performing, inclusive and vibrant culture.
Success in this role will be not only in revenue results, but in reputational enhancement, relationship expansion and innovation and elevation of guest experiences.
