STH and World Rugby have recently signed an exclusive agreement to redefine the premium fan experience for the next three men’s and women’s Rugby World Cups. As part of this agreement, STH Group has recently opened a new office in Sydney to provide hospitality and premium fan experiences for Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia.
ROLE SUMMARY:
With just over two years until the start of Rugby World Cup 2027, we are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who will play a central role in implementing the marketing strategy for key events in Sydney leading up to and during the tournament.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue targets by engaging fans both in the Australian market and around the world. You will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Event Delivery, Travel & Tourism, and Customer Relations to ensure marketing activity complements broader business priorities and supports the end-to-end customer journey.
We are looking for someone who is both creative and data-driven, with a strong ability to manage integrated campaigns, digital performance, and cross-agency project delivery that brings the STH brand to life on a global stage.
