Executive Assistant | Support Two Senior Executives

This is a fantastic opportunity to support two senior executives within a well-regarded independent school. It’s an exciting time to join the organisation, with plenty happening across the school community where you will play a key role behind the scenes.

This role would suit someone who is confident engaging with students, parents and the wider school community, and who brings a high level of professionalism and discretion. You will be exposed to sensitive matters, so strong judgement and confidentiality are essential.

The Role

• Provide high-level executive support to two senior leaders, ensuring their days run seamlessly
• Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritising meetings and key commitments
• Prepare meeting packs, briefing notes and agendas so leaders are always well set up
• Draft and refine professional correspondence, reports and communications
• Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with staff, students, families and external stakeholders
• Screen and manage incoming communications, responding or redirecting with sound judgement
• Coordinate board and leadership materials, including preparation and distribution of papers
• Take ownership of meetings, including minutes and follow up on key actions

About You

• Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a school environment although not essential
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and overall tech confidence
• Warm, professional and able to communicate with empathy, particularly when engaging with students and parents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
