As an ML Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of Intelligent Exploration and Enterprise AI, enhancing our cutting-edge AI Platform. You'll bridge machine learning, data engineering, and software development to create impactful readiness applications for defence and enterprise organizations. Your work will directly contribute to transforming mission readiness and operational efficiencies at scale.
What You'll Focus On
- Spearhead platform upgrades using Python and advanced AI/ML techniques
- Craft dynamic dashboards that transform complex data into intuitive 3D visuals
- Optimize AI-driven data exploration algorithms and tackle runtime performance issues
- Architect scalable applications for security-sensitive environments
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to enhance product usability
Who You Are - Holder of an active U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI)
- 4+ years of Python-based data engineering and Machine Learning Engineering experience, with proven track record of deploying ML solutions in production environments
- Experience with task schedulers (e.g., Celery, Airflow, Prefect) and web-app development tools (e.g., Flask/Django, Streamlit/Plotly Dash)
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
- Experience in Predictive Maintenance, Supply Chain Optimization, and knowledge of Cyber Analytics (PCAP, CVEs, network monitoring)
- CS or related technical degree from a respected institution
