What You’ll Drive
As the Technical Lead, you’ll spearhead the development of an AI-driven member app and scalable claims infrastructure from the ground up, tackling $1T+ in healthcare inefficiencies across all 50 states. You’ll own the technical vision and execution for the company’s core product: a member-facing web app that intelligently recommends primary care groups across geographies. With a strong customer foundation and extended runway, you’ll shape engineering strategy, influence company-wide decisions, and grow the technical team.

What You’ll Focus On

• Design and optimize web-based, multi-tenant, data-driven applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Implement analytics platforms (Snowflake, DBT, Daxter, Fivetran) to manage complex healthcare datasets and value-based contracts.
• Develop AI-powered member tools and robust claims processing systems to improve health outcomes.
• Architect high-performance, low-latency systems for seamless integration with employer health plans.
• Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver features that drive measurable cost savings.

Who You Are

• 6+ years building full-stack, multi-tenant applications at high-growth startups, with expertise in scaling data infrastructure (Snowflake, DBT).
• Led engineering teams to deliver 0–1 products at early-stage startups in rapidly evolving environments.
• Master problem-solving: Break down complex features, anticipate edge cases, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Data engineering proficiency: Focused on building multi-tenant, data-driven applications and analytics pipelines.
• Tech agility: Proficient across the stack, quickly mastering new tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science from a top school or participation in selective programs.
