Senior Founding Engineer, Backend Infrastructure

What You'll Drive
Shape the backbone of an enterprise-grade AI platform trusted by Fortune 50 companies and federal agencies. You’ll build secure, scalable infrastructure that enables businesses to safely deploy AI for critical workflows, from processing sensitive data to automating complex operations.


What You'll Focus On

• Develop backend features and data integrations using TypeScript, NextJS, React, and Python
• Own and optimize our core infrastructure: Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, vector databases
• Implement cloud-prem solutions for federal and Fortune 50 clients
• Secure critical infrastructure against nation-state threats via AppSec, vulnerability management, and container/cloud security
• Build out Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) and Multi-Single Tenant (MST) capabilities
• Improve platform stability and engage directly with customers to deliver exceptional solutions

• 8+ years of backend development experience, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure
• Proficient in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and CI/CD tools (Argo/Flux)
• Skilled in TypeScript/NextJS for backend features and Python for integrations
• Deep expertise in cloud security and hardening systems against advanced threats
• Experience deploying solutions in federal or heavily regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2)
• Thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and balance speed with engineering rigor
