What You'll Drive
Lead the development of our AI-enabled platform accelerating hardware innovation at scale. You'll shape core technology at the intersection of AI and hardware, solving complex coordination challenges in physical product development. Your work will directly impact how hardware companies build more reliable products faster, potentially saving months and millions in development costs.


What You'll Focus On

• Write clean, maintainable code across our full-stack (React, TypeScript, NextJS, Django, Postgres)
• Implement and fine-tune AI models (OpenAI API, instructor, pgvector) for production use
• Contribute to product strategy, wearing both technical and product thinking hats
• Solve complex problems in hardware development workflows using AI
• Help scale our platform as we grow rapidly and serve more customers

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong background in AI/model engineering, able to leverage foundational models for product solutions
• Experience at tech-forward companies with high engineering bars or high-growth startups
• Proficient in our tech stack: React, TypeScript, NextJS, Apollo, Django, Postgres, Strawberry
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to shape a growing startup's direction
• Hardware or hardware-adjacent software experience is a plus
