About the role

• Coordinate air and sea imports from departure to delivery
• Liaise with customers, carriers, agents and service providers
• Monitor shipments and provide regular customer updates
• Maintain accurate files and shipment details in CargoWise
• Report directly to the Operations Manager

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous import operations experience in freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of air and sea freight processes
• Experience using CargoWise is highly regarded
• Confident customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
