The Opportunity
You’ll take control of import shipments from departure through to final delivery, keeping everything moving and customers informed along the way.  

• Manage air and sea import shipments end-to-end
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas agents and service providers
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates
• Maintain files and shipment details within CargoWise
• Work directly with the Operations Manager

About You
You know freight, enjoy taking ownership and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder.

• Import operations experience within freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of both air and sea freight
• CargoWise experience highly regarded
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident working independently and making decisions
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
