Perth Metro | Full Time, Permanent | From $55 per hour + super

No FIFO, no shutdowns, no weekend roster. Commercial refrigeration work across the metro, a company vehicle in the driveway, and you are home every night.

About the Role Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, you will service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems across a varied client portfolio in the Perth metropolitan area. The work is a genuine mix of scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and project works, so you are not doing the same call out five days a week.
You will:

• Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration plant
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently to keep client downtime to a minimum
• Support upgrade works, plant replacements and new installations as part of project delivery
• Give clients practical advice on system performance, improvements and compliance
• Run your own jobs, while working alongside other technicians and helping bring apprentices along
• Keep safety standards high and works compliant with regulations and company procedures
• Take up ongoing training and keep your technical skills current

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Western Australian Restricted Electrical Licence
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months, or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

This is a refrigeration role first. Commercial refrigeration experience is what matters here, and a solid diagnostic head on you matters more than how many years are on the ticket.

Why You'll Love It

• From $55 per hour plus super, with a minimum of 40 hours every week
• Overtime is there if you want it, and not forced on you if you don't
• Home every night. Metro based work, your weekends stay yours
• Fully kitted out. Company vehicle, fuel card, tools and uniform all provided
• Permanent and immediate. Full time permanent position with immediate starts available
• Refrigeration specialists, not generalists. You will be kept on refrigeration work rather than filling in wherever the gaps are
• Real development. Ongoing training and genuine progression, not a promise that goes quiet after probation
