Competitive salary + excellent benefits
Permanent, full-time position
This is a standout opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor ready to step into a senior, career-defining role.
Acting as the right hand to the London Lead, you’ll take a central role in developing major client relationships, leading project delivery, and helping shape the future growth of a high-performing London team.
From day one, you’ll have direct access to senior stakeholders across a diverse client base rather than being kept at arm’s length as is common in larger consultancies. You’ll take ownership of key accounts early on, guiding the delivery of technically complex and high-profile projects while mentoring a talented group of surveyors.
The consultancy
Our client is a forward-thinking multidisciplinary practice with strong financial backing and an ambitious long-term growth strategy. Their culture is collaborative, supportive, and quality-driven. They value people who take pride in doing things properly and enjoy being part of a team that’s going places.
They work across a wide range of sectors, including heritage and listed buildings, science and education estates, high-end residential, and public sector portfolios. Clients include the Crown Estate, leading universities, ultra high net worth individuals, and several household-name private organisations. Recent work has included a £44m dilapidations claim, complex restoration projects, and the delivery of research and development facilities for major institutions.
You’ll also find a growing pipeline of projects for elite motorsport and racing clients from headquarter redevelopments to cutting-edge R&D labs, alongside ongoing commissions in the data centre and residential sectors.
The opportunity
This role offers a rare blend of leadership, technical challenge, and genuine progression.
