Our client, a leading independent real estate and infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a polished and commercially astute Senior Project Manager and an Associate Project Manager to join their London team. These are growth hires as the team expands to support an increasing pipeline of projects across these sectors.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale construction and refurbishment schemes across hospitals, clinics, and life sciences facilities, delivering complex programmes for both private and public sector clients. Their portfolio includes projects that transform the functionality, accessibility, and safety of critical spaces, ensuring high-quality outcomes for end-users.

Renowned for delivering design-led and technically rigorous outcomes, they partner closely with clients to create environments that are both operationally effective and visually appealing. These are not routine renovations and developments, these are strategic programmes that set benchmarks for modern healthcare and life sciences facilities.


The role

You will lead the delivery of complex projects from inception to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing large-scale hospital, clinic and life sciences refurbishment or new-build programmes
• Acting as the primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and project leadership
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on programme, cost, and quality objectives
• Driving strong commercial performance and risk management across project lifecycles
• Ensuring best practice in governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to wider team growth

About you

You will be a confident and credible Project Manager with experience delivering complex healthcare or life sciences projects in the UK, ideally from a consultancy or client-side background. All prospective candidates must be able to obtain security clearance.

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven track record delivering large-scale hospital, clinic or life sciences projects
• Consultancy or client-side experience in construction/project management
• Strong experience working with public and private sector clients
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-value, high-profile programmes
• Excellent client-facing presence with strong communication skills
• Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience
