The Role
 
This position is the "heart of the business". You will be responsible for turning complex scheduling challenges into seamless solutions, ensuring our Service Technicians are exactly where they need to be.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Schedules: Plan and refine daily routes and schedules for our Service Technicians.
• Customer Connection: Coordinate directly with customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, and Operations to balance workloads and priorities.
• Drive Efficiency: Use data and planning tools to continuously improve our scheduling processes.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting bonds with both internal teams and our customers.
