Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform development and enhancements. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow delivery, with a focus on building scalable solutions and improving service management capabilities.
 
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
• Customize and configure modules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop workflows, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices for ServiceNow development

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform delivery and customization
• Experience with workflows, scripting, and integrations
• Familiarity with ITOM and SPM modules 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
