Recruitly is partnering with the Australian Physiotherapy Council to appoint a hands-on and commercially minded Marketing Officer to join their Engagement team.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the GM Engagement, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery and digital performance across paid, owned and earned channels; driving performance, conversion and growth across the full customer journey.
Working in a small, agile team, you’ll blend strategy and execution; developing channel plans, optimising campaigns, and leveraging marketing technology, analytics and data-led insights to continuously improve performance and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Manage campaigns end-to-end (brief → launch → optimise → report)
- Drive performance across paid media, SEO, email and website
- Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across the full funnel using testing and insights
- Leverage marketing technology, automation and analytics to track and optimise performance
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage marketing activity across internal teams and external agencies
- Support brand presence across events, conferences and industry initiatives
- Conduct market and audience research, including international markets where relevant
Skills & Experience - 4+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
- Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Confident working with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. GA4, dashboards)
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and attribution tracking highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
