The Role
As the ‘go-to-person” you’ll ensure the smooth running of the office while providing essential administrative support to various departments. Your role will ensure a well-organised, welcoming, and productive workspace for all employees, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the company.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office space, including common areas and meeting rooms
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities as needed
- Support other interstate offices with ordering and maintenance requests
- Assist with staff enquiries, providing administrative support to various departments
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Skills and Experience We’re looking for an administrator with 2-3 years demonstrated experience who possesses excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. But it will be your ability to work autonomously, juggle priorities and keep on top of a variety of tasks that is of most importance. You’ll need strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and a helpful, approachable, and ever-reliable nature.
