The Role
As the Executive Manager, you'll provide high-level EA support to the CEO, liaising regularly across the entire leadership team. You'll have oversight of the office management, and will be responsible for coordinating lots of events and ad-hoc projects. You'll also work closely with the Chief People Officer on events and staff engagement initiatives and will be integral in shaping the positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic executive support to a number of senior executives, including the CEO, Chair and Board
- Liaise with the executive committee and leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate meetings
- Board administrative support
- Leadership of the Office Support team
- Manage and coordinate executive travel
- Assist with the Annual General Meetings, financial results announcements and investor roadshows
- Event management of various off-sites, strategy days, Annual Excellence Awards and various staff forums
- Ongoing contribution to shaping a positive culture
About You
We're looking for an experienced senior EA who wants a broader, fast-paced and more varied role. Your sound judgement, emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills will come to the fore as you pivot across teams, juggle priorities, coordinate the executive team and manage high-end, large scale events.
