The opportunity:
As a Broker Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our broker channel, by overseeing the progress of broker submitted home loan applications from submission through to settlement.
You will proactively monitor application pipelines to ensure timely follow‑up and working closely with BankVic’s Brokers to keep applications on track. You’ll coordinate with internal teams to resolve delays, manage outstanding requirements and support a smooth and efficient experience for both brokers and members.
Working alongside BankVic’s Business Development Managers, Brokers and internal teams, you will help maintain application momentum, resolve challenges efficiently and act as a trusted point of contact for broker support.
Responsibilities:
