About the Role:
 
A leading organisation is looking for a skilled SAP Support Analyst to become the first point of contact for all SAP-related assistance. This role requires a professional with a broad understanding of SAP modules, excellent communication skills, and a calm approach to troubleshooting. If you have a strong background in SAP support and enjoy problem-solving, this opportunity could be ideal for you.
This is a support role, we are not looking for functional consultants or business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
 
•Act as the first point of contact for all SAP user requests, providing courteous and effective support in person, over the phone, or via email.
•Manage and triage SAP support tickets, working closely with offshore support teams and escalating issues when necessary.
•Document user details and issues accurately to ensure effective resolution.
•Resolve Level 1 and 2 SAP support requests, collaborating with internal and external teams as needed.
•Conduct system checks, perform manual reviews, and respond to system-generated alerts to maintain optimal system performance.
•Develop help sheets, FAQs, and SOPs to assist users in troubleshooting and resolving common issues.
•Provide after-hours support on a rostered basis as required.
 
About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you should have:
 
•Must have experience in SAP S/4 HANA application support.
•Expertise in supporting SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, and Trade Revenue Management.
•Experience with supplementary SAP systems, including Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
•A track record of managing offshore Level 1 support teams.
•Familiarity with support desk ticketing systems like 4Me or Jira.
•Strong capabilities in creating and managing SAP user accounts and roles.
