Get ready for an exhilarating winter adventure! We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to join our Weekend team as a Visitor Experience Attendant at our stunning Lake Mountain resort.
The Visitor Experience Team provides high-level customer service to visitors and guests across all areas of the resort, including but not limited to: Food and Beverage, Resort Entry, Toboggan runs, rental and retail, and the information window.
Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is a family-orientated snow play park. It has the distinction of being the closest alpine snow resort to Melbourne, just a short 2 hours' drive from the city centre.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level customer service to visitors and guests across all areas of the resort, including but not limited to: Resort Entry, Toboggan runs, rental and retail, Food and Beverage Attendants and the information window.
- Respond to enquiries with accurate information about the facilities and services, in line with policies and procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently process guest purchases of products and services via POS systems through cash or EFTPOS transactions.
- Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively in a calm and solutions focused manner.
- Assist with coordinating activities and events throughout the resort as required.
- Provide informative retail and rental advice, ensuring suitable product selection and provision.
Skills, experience and qualifications: - Previous experience working in a customer facing position
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literacy: Competent in Word, Excel, and general apps/databases for daily operations.
- Organisational Skills: Well-developed skills to manage a range of tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, guests and team members.
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check - Employee
- MUST be available to work weekends and school holidays (This position requires you to be on resort to fulfil all key accountabilities)
- Available from June to September 2026 (or the declared snow season)

Hourly rate: $33.65 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus super
We have opportunities to work most weekends with part time hours (15.20 hours) and full time hours over the school holiday period (38 hours per week).
Where: Lake Mountain, Marysville, 3779 Victoria
