The opportunity:
The Visitor Services Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering quality and positive visitor experiences within the resort. Provide on the ground support to resort guests, stakeholders, contractors and staff through your extensive knowledge of Mount Buller and Mount Stirling and Alpine Resort Victoria's products and services.
- Provides a professional and friendly visitor information, for resort guests, visitors and stakeholders, demonstrating a breadth of resort knowledge and providing access to information and resources.
- Support other resort activities such as events, administration and visitor services support in AirZone
- Manage varied and conflicting demands and situations to meet agreed standards and timelines.
- Accurately process purchases of products and services.
This is an on-site casual position at Mount Buller Alpine Resort, where you will get to enjoy the fun and excitement a snow season offers, whilst creating positive memories and experiences for guests and stakeholders.

Key Selection Criteria - Previous experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information.
- Previous experience in a resort role (desirable).
- Work well independently and in a team.
- Previous office administration experience (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Follow established rules, processes and standards.
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type
- Have a current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
Location: Mount Buller Alpine Resort Victoria
Salary Range: $26.92 per hour, plus casual loading + superannuation
Contract Term: Casual
