What You’ll Bring:

- Experience running a busy section in a premium or hatted venue
- Excellent wine knowledge and a proactive approach to service
- Availability to work weekends and evenings

Your Day-to-Day: - Run a section of up to 25 guests with confidence and warmth
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless, vibrant service
