We’re a fast-paced, high-energy venue with an award-winning fit-out, inspired by the iconic laneways of Harajuku and the spirit of Yoko Ono. From sashimi and wagyu grilled over hibachi to a killer cocktail list and natural wines, we’re known for bold flavour and an even bolder vibe.

Now, we’re on the hunt for a standout Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or management role
• Passion for hospitality, with strong wine and cocktail knowledge
