The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator with sharp instincts, a collaborative spirit, and a love for all things hospitality. This full-time role supports our Group Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive across all day-to-day marketing activities—from digital content and social media to copywriting, newsletters, partnerships and campaign delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Content: Maintain and update website content, Google listings, and booking platforms.
- Social Media: Help create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Support content shoots and community engagement.
- Email Campaigns: Build and send newsletters, manage email databases, and support campaign rollouts.
- Copywriting: Draft and proof social captions, menus, event copy, and more—with a clear, brand-aligned voice.
- Admin & Coordination: Organise content libraries, assist with campaign reports, and help with supplier coordination and invoices.
- PR & Partnerships: Support the team with influencer lists, media tracking, and collaborations.
What You Bring - 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organisational and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with digital platforms and social scheduling tools.
- A genuine interest in hospitality, food, and storytelling.
