We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef to lead service, lift standards, and develop a tight, happy brigade.
The role
You’ll be hands-on across prep and service - helping drive consistency, quality and pace. You’ll lead from the front, coach the team, and keep the fundamentals tight: mise en place, cleanliness, section readiness and smooth communication.
