We are seeking a second rotational nanny for a warm, thoughtful family in Manhattan Beach. This family is seeking an exceptional ROTA nanny to join their Nanny team and support their two young children—a toddler and an infant. The Modern Minders Nanny, who is already in place, loves her job and is really excited about finding her co-nanny with whom she can tag-team. This is a long-term role for a professional who thrives in a steady, values-driven household, enjoys a predictable rotation, and brings both heartfelt care and high-level operational skill to a busy young family. The parents are hands-on, intentional, and deeply devoted to creating a calm, grounded, and well-structured environment for their children. Their ideal nanny understands the rhythm of a home that prioritizes stability, safety, and thoughtful decision-making—and can seamlessly blend into that atmosphere with grace.
About the Family This is a loving, engaged home where reliability and emotional steadiness matter. They are looking for a nanny who can truly take ownership of all child-related responsibilities during their on-weeks and downtime. Their lifestyle is social but not chaotic; they prefer a peaceful household where their children can flourish and their values are respected.
The Role The family is building a two-person ROTA structure, alternating between:
with a
mid-week handoff (e.g., Wednesday) so each nanny enjoys regular weekends off during their off-weeks. A live-out for
two weeks is strongly preferred; however, live-in is an option for the right person to ensure seamless coverage, especially for travel. If you live local even better.
Core coverage during the rotation is 7 AM-7 PM, with the possibility of transitioning into a
full 24/7 coverage depending on candidate fit and travel needs. This is a high-commitment but highly structured role—perfect for someone energized by a rotational lifestyle and able to arrive well-rested and fully present.
