Rotational Nanny for One-Year-Old | An Extraordinary Opportunity Across London, San Francisco, Europe & Beyond

An international family based primarily in London is seeking an exceptional rotational nanny to join their established childcare team and care for their bright, curious, and active one-year-old child.
This is not a role where you'll be handed a schedule and told exactly what to do every hour of the day. The family is looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys discovering new experiences, and genuinely loves helping a child engage with the world around them. They're seeking a nanny who gets excited about researching the best classes, finding hidden gems around a city, planning enriching outings, and turning everyday experiences into opportunities for learning and growth. The family travels extensively throughout Europe, the United States, and internationally, and they're looking for someone who embraces that lifestyle. Flexibility is important. Sometimes plans change. Sometimes a trip is added. Sometimes you're on a train, a plane, or even a helicopter with very little notice.
The right candidate won't see that as stressful. They'll see it as part of the adventure.
This isn't the kind of nanny position where every day looks the same. One week you may be exploring London's best toddler programs, researching a new museum exhibit, or spending the afternoon at one of the city's beautiful parks. The next, you could find yourself accompanying the family to a destination most people only see on a travel documentary. For someone who loves children, travel, culture, and adventure, this is a genuinely unique opportunity to experience some of the world's most incredible places while building a meaningful long-term career with a wonderful family.
About Your Co-Nanny
One of the most special aspects of this position is the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional co-nanny who has been with the family for almost a year. She has become a trusted and valued member of the household, bringing positivity, professionalism, creativity, and a genuine love of travel to the role. Since the child was an infant, she has thoughtfully created educational materials and age-appropriate learning experiences that support development through exploration, play, and curiosity.
She speaks a second language, enjoys traveling both professionally and personally, and brings the kind of easygoing, positive energy that makes life on the road enjoyable.
The family places tremendous value on surrounding themselves with kind, upbeat people who are easy to spend time with. Given the amount of travel and close collaboration involved, personality fit is just as important as experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a similar spirit—someone who is collaborative rather than competitive, confident yet humble, proactive, warm, and excited to work as part of a strong nanny partnership.
