During an exciting period of growth, HCi is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and effective management for the organisation.
The CEO will lead HCi to deliver on its purpose of providing accessible, affordable and high-quality private health insurance while maintaining strong financial performance, regulatory compliance and an exceptional member experience.
Based in the picturesque North-West/Northern Tasmania, the CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to implement strategic objectives and ensure that HCi continues to thrive as a trusted, community-centred insurer serving Tasmanians and all Australians.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished, values-driven leader with a proven leadership track record, ideally within an APRA-regulated environment, and exceptional management and communication skills. The role will suit a decisive, adaptable, and resilient strategic thinker with excellent corporate governance and stakeholder management expertise, who is committed to continuing to enhance and embed the organisation’s strong, positive culture. The ability to build collaborative working relationships is essential, together with a strong customer-centric focus.
