Likemind is partnering with a large, complex public sector organisation to appoint a Programme Manager for a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a significant portfolio of transformation work focused on improving outcomes across Aotearoa.

We are seeking a senior leader with the credibility, judgement, and resilience to operate effectively in a complex public sector environment.
You will bring:

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑faceted change portfolios
• Strong understanding of public sector and government operating environments
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical, deliverable outcomes
• Strong influencing, relationship‑building, and communication skills
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and political sensitivities
