Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the establishment of a new organisation. The successful candidate will bring a strong record of delivery, along with a commitment to best practice in change management.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies across people, processes, and technology. Strong stakeholder engagement capability is essential, as you will work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to ensure change is well planned, clearly communicated, and effectively embedded.

The ability to build trust and confidence will be critical to securing organisational buy-in and fostering commitment to the organisation’s objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in leading:

• Change strategy development and delivery
• Change communications and engagement planning
• Change within a new operating environment
