We are seeking a number of Senior Business Analysts to work within significant and exciting business-focused projects, for between six and twelve months, across several different government organisations.
  
At a high level, we are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts who bring some or all of the following:

• Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Business process, service design and customer experience design experience.
• Working within complex, fast-paced programmes of work.
• A strong ability to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders.

You must have the following:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and writing abilities.
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion.
• Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders.
• Be able to problem solve and think on your feet.
• Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements.
• Be able to deal with ambiguity.
• Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
